And so, with the strength of both brands, Avery Retail Ireland has commenced business as the Main Distributor in Ireland for Avery Berkel Weighing systems and the Berkel Slicing range.

The Team at Avery Retail Ireland is based in Greenogue Industrial Estate, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin and is made up of a group of people with a wealth of unrivalled experience in the Weighing Trade. John Johnston, Neil McGough, Jimmy McGrath and Celine Douglas all joined Avery Retail Ireland from Avery Berkel. Avery Retail Ireland’s Dealer network consists of Peter Greaney of Western Retail Systems, Kevin O’Shea and Brian Darrer of Counter Equipment , Eric Kinder in Northern Ireland, Tom Mullen and Paddy Moran. As well as being a very versatile system scale range there are new features that make it the best equipped scale for the Irish marketplace. Its new Security Link allows an in-store weighing system to be integrated to a store’s security system with ease. Xtra can also be used to integrate with a Back Office system allowing detailed reporting for your business. “ We have strategic partnerships with ADA Security for our Security Link and with LCCS for a full Back Office Setup with a comprehensive reporting system “ explains Dorothy.
